Websites, Content and Creative Help for small businesses that need another hand, not another headache.
I’m your digital marketing cheat code for when you’d rather be doing literally anything else.

Let me introduce myselfNice to meet you!
Hello, I'm EJ - it’s short for Emily-Jane (but that’s reserved for tax returns and tellings off) and I help small businesses sort out their marketing - websites, mailing lists, socials, you name it. Like a marketing pen knife in your pocket , I’m just what you need, right when you need it.
I work from my garden office (aka the Wendy) alongside my scruffy little helper Pippin - supporting makers, founders, and small business owners to grow in ways that feel human, sustainable, and actually doable.
Hello!What’s in my toolkit?
No two businesses are the same and neither is the support they need, so let’s look at what I can actually help you with.
Some people come to me for one-off projects like building a website or improving their existing site and others come to me to just ‘do their socials’.
Whatever you’re looking for, I'll work with you to figure out what actually makes sense for your business, your capacity, and your budget. Because everyone’s different, right?

Is your website starting from scratch, gathering dust or simply doesn’t exist yet? Let’s fix that. I build websites for small businesses - sites that sound like you, work like they should and don’t need a developer on speed dial to keep them running.
I work primarily with Squarespace but I'm not precious about platforms - one-pagers, full builds, refreshes, ongoing management - whatever fits your business and your budget.
-
Love it or loathe it, socials aren’t going anywhere and they’re a brilliant tool for small businesses.
I can help with strategy, content creation, or just take the whole thing off your hands - as much or as little as you need. No more posting for the sake of it and wondering why nothing's landing. Let's make it actually do something for your business.
-
The very best intentions live in the mailing lists that got set up once and never looked at again.
Let me dust it off and I'll help you turn it into something that actually works - welcome sequences, regular emails your audience genuinely want to open, and a strategy that doesn't require you to write a newsletter every week at 11pm.
-
These are my favourites because you really never know what you’re going to get.
Those random jobs that don't realllly fit into any category that you don’t know how to ask for like a proofread, a quick ‘how do I?’ call, help with a bio, a one-off template.
If you're not sure whether I can help, ask. I probably can. And if I can't, I'll point you to someone who will.
Tell the truth, does this sound like you?
You know you should be doing “marketing" but heck - you've got a business to run. Products to make. Your website still needs updating, socials are sporadic, and the newsletter? Still "coming soon." Your list is never-ending. It's not that you don't care - you’re running a business. Marketing’s a job in itself, and you’ve already got one.
You don't need an entire agency or a mega strategy. You just need a real person (hello!) who can take things off your plate without making you feel like you're back at school or in the doghouse…
