Website Rebuild and Digital Membership Platform Integration for The Canine Dietitian
Sally is a canine nutrition expert offering tailored nutrition plans, consultations and evidence-based advice to help dogs thrive at every stage of life. From one-to-one consultations to e-books, recipes and a growing blog packed with expert guidance - she's become a trusted voice in the dog nutrition space.
What Sally needed
Sally came to me after having a bit of a nightmare experience with a previous developer. She had a website, but it wasn't working for her - difficult to update, impossible to manage, and not set up in a way that supported her growing business. She needed a fresh start on a platform she could actually use herself, with room to grow.
What I did
I rebuilt her website in Squarespace with a new structure, new look, and all the functionality she needed to run her business properly. This included integrating booking and payment systems for consultations, setting up an e-commerce section, and building out a blog with searchable categories so her content library was easy to navigate. I made sure everything was set up so Sally could manage it herself going forward - no more relying on someone else for every small change.
I also helped Sally with moving her Canine Collective Membership community platform to sit within this site - merging the two companies under the same umbrella and making sure that everything was transferred or recreated with as little disruption to the community as possible. The Result
Sally now runs the site entirely herself and has continued to grow it since launch. She's added new services, expanded her blog, and built out The Canine Collective membership community (which I also had a hand in, read that here). What started as a website rebuild became a proper foundation for a growing business.
